I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH OUR ADSL FOR OVER 6 MONTHS NOW. MY SPEED TEST UPLOAD IS .5 MY DOWNLOAD IS .4 AND MY PING IS 51. I AM SICK AND TIRED PAYING 109.95 FOR SUCH A CRAP SERVICE I WANT A FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATION FOR ALL MY TIME SPENT ON THE PHONE WITH TELSTRA. THIS IS DISGUSTING, TO TOP IT OFF YOU GET DIRECTED TO THIS SERVICE.I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CLIENT FOR OVER 35 YEARS AND THIS IS WHAT YOU GET.
