Auto Recharge prepaid mobile

Am I the only person having trouble with Auto Recharge for Pre Paid Mobile.  Worked perfectly until recharge due May 10 2021, abruptly stopped even though Auto Recharge was still active and information valid. Many "chats" via the messages but not resolved.

You could try phoning Telstra Support on 132200 and asking them.

You are at least the second person to experience issues with Auto Recharge on the same day.

Hi Dowser,

Thank you, but is there a solution.  Who in Telstra knows how to fix this.  As Auto Recharge just isn't happening even though it is still set up.

I have tried them once, thought I was getting somewhere (instead of the messaging system), but will give them another try.  Thank you again.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
