i already order to cancel my service at last month and your staff tell me it is ok i just need to wait for next email and pay for finally bill, but why i revive a new bill and my plan not change still need to pay?

I'm trying to get a $300 credit returned.  The account is closed, but yet I must fight for my money.   Telstra make it extremely impossible to do this.  I have therefore decided to post many messages of complaint on the facebook site.
