hi I changed mobile plan and it is a auto pay plan so money goes out each month.But I keep getting an email bill for the old plan and each month I get a credit eventualy then the next month a new email bill. So how do I cancle it permentaly.

Standard Plan charges increased to $95/month as of 1 Oct but email received 31 Aug 21 stated that a $5 credit would be applied for the first 3 months to Jan22. When is this applied?
