Re: bigpond bill - why am I still paying when I have switched to iinet

Did you port to iinet, or did you take out a new service (eg if you had Telstra ADSL and joined up to iinet without porting when NBN became available)?

During the porting process, your Telstra service should automatically be cancelled (iinet requests it) and you just receive a final bill.

If you took out a new service with iinet (not porting) and didn't cancel your Telstra service, then the billing would continue.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
