Bigpond round and round

I have a bigpond account.


I want to pay and manage my homephone account online. I went to sign up using my bigpond email address and it wouldnt let me because I already had a bigpond account. It told me to management my account using my bigpond account.


When i go to my bigpond account, and click on the big banner on the right hand side that says pay account. When i click on it, it opens a new window and load the same page as I was last on.


So long and short, there is no way for me to create an account and pay my bills.....
