Bill dispute

I’ve just received my bill for July and it’s a staggering 2400.00 I’m interested to know as to why it’s so high? I recently moved to the UK in March and found I could no longer using my Telstra sim I ended up locking the SIM card away and no longer use my Telstra account yet the bill is so high I’d like to be contacted by email to resolve this <removed for your privacy>

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
