bill inquiry

Hi,

I have my foxtel with Telstra. I have tried to contact you by phone but without success. Please can you help me with the following:

I. Since my March bill I have been charged $49 per month rather than $29 per month. Pls can you explain this increase.

2. Last month (April) I paid $49 twice by mistake, this should have been credited to my account but this has not appeared on my May bill?
