Bill query

I have 9GB extra data charges of $90 charged to my bill that I know I did not use as I was very carefully monitoring my usage using the Telsta App and also logging onto my account to double check. I have tried to query the bill but am only given the option of filling in the online form which offers a $10 data charge credit. I want to dispute all the extra charges and would like a credit for all $90.  Does anyone know how to do this?

@SelenaJane1 I would think the best thing to do is either use live chat or calling Billing on 13 22 00.
