Bill

My bill gas increased by $5 on my monthly plans.

ladt month Telstra apologised and now this month it continues 

cant get any sense from Telstra chat.

frustrated!

What plan are you on?

 

Telstra is moving all their customers over to current plans and the older ones are being retired.

 

If the news plans don't suit you then the really only choice is to change providers, unfortunately.
