Hi @Marganne
You need to make sure that you have paper bills set in your account. If you log into your online account you can not only check to see if you are set up for that, but you can also review any outstanding bills via https://tel.st/qzhdr
Also, you can check any outstanding amounts via the My Telstra app https://www.telstra.com.au/mytelstra
