Billing Address..

Hi there, 


           Is there a way to change your billing address online? I have received a new bill today, and the address on it is still wrong, even though I have asked Telstra to change it to my proper address..

It is not just a spelling error or anything, it’s a completely wrong address in a different state..etc

i don’t want to phone Telstra if I can avoid it, because it’s often just too frustrating! 




oh btw, I get my bills via email, so they’re actually not getting sent out to that QLD address.

Log into myaccount: http://telstra.com.au/myaccount and go to Settings > Bill Settings (top right on a PC, 'hamburger button' top left on a mobile device)

Is there a home fixed service on the bill or just a mobile service?

If a fixed service, is the actual service or the billing address wrong?
