Why did Telstra stop my direct debit? I'm now 2 months behind. Thought the bills were automatically coming out of my bank account

What does the Payment section of the My Telstra app indicate?.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
