Billing issue

I paid my last bill in full on the 17th March (before it was due). I can see it’s been debuted from my account but telstra says I haven’t paid it. 
I can’t get hold of ANYONE to raise this issue and fix it. My account should be in credit and it’s not. I’ve tried calling and am told I can’t be helped. No chat available. I’ve messaged on Facebook with no reply. To say it’s frustrating is an understatement.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
