Billing Just get it right

How about before sending emails demanding payment of bill that is not due for 3 weeks mind you , that you get your facts right and stop sending emails threatening if the bill is not paid I will be disconected!!

I just received one stating I owe $129. Try again and you will see I am actually in credit!!!

I received my new Telstra Bill for $150.39 on 27/05/2015. Then on 29/05/2015 I received an email stating my payment was four (4) days overdue!


I have enough stress in my life without this type of blunder.


It got sorted out in the Philipines, but took at least 20 minutes to be corrected.
