billing

Answered

HI

Telstra charged me for inserting a splinter box last years on my phone line when I used DSL. Now I have NBN, they removed this and wanted to charge me again?? They put it in, they took it out and want to charge me twice??

I have complained TWICE no results

Re: billing

The installation (and/or removal) of a central splitter is not a standard service and would attract a charge as it is works being done to your internal wiring.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Re: billing

Telstra cant charge me for removal of a part they themselves put in and charged me for.

They now admit this and have credited my account in full.

Re: billing

You're lucky. You must have got a consultant who didn't fully understand what they were doing.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
