Hi. I've been charged 9.95 hardware fee on my bill. Can you please explain this cost. Thanks.

@lydlit That sounds to me to be p&h for something that you have ordered from Telstra.

 

Telstra billing would be able to confirm what the charge is for.

normally it is for a Telstra TV or a modem but yes, billing is a good bet.
