Log in to your account either using the My Telstra app on your mobile, or via the Telstra website (https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home).

 

If it isn't showing there, send a message using the My Telstra app (blue icon, bottom right of the Get Help screen) and someone should respond in a few hours/couple of days.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
