CrowdSupport has no access to Billing or Account information..
You are better off using the My Telstra app, or My Account web page, and going to Get Help then use Blue Chat icon in the app, or small blue Message Us button in My Account..
Too many devices, probably an addict 🙂 also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!
