Hi, I viewed my recently bill and found out you still charged my for mobile phone and for platinum services which is you can't provided technical support due to COVID-19. My mobile phone contract ended 15/06/20 and Platinum service subscription contract ended 12/06/20. Should be my billed only $99.00 for the plan.
Could you please rectify your billing, otherwise I will cancel your services and go to another provider. My mobile #0400423225.
