Bpay payment not showing paid on my account

I paid my account via bpay on Wednesday 7/8/19 which I do every month and it is still not showing as paid on my account. Has Telstra received the payment? I have double and triple checked the reference number is correct (it’s saved as a Biller in my internet banking).

@cheyne I wouldn't be to worried about it. At times there can be longer lag times on either side, Telstra or the Bank, so I would say that it should show up the next business day, being Monday.

 

Otherwise check with Telstra Billing if it is worrying you.

Exactly right, can be 2-5 days for a BPay payment to arrive to the merchant and then the tracker in MyAccount or the app can take a day to reflect the payment once received.
