Call History

Good morning 

 

i used to be able to download the full call history for my phone, i have searched and searched on how to do this now but still cant do it as the options "view full history" is not available

Can someone please let me know how to do this

You can't do it anymore. To get your data it is now a case of requesting it via Telstra - Data access - Privacy

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
