Call History

I want to find call history for only 1 specific phone number. How can I find and filter my call/sms history to include only that one contact?

You could try the following method:

  1. Open the webpage https://onlinebilling.telstra.com.au/billingpayment/
  2. Sign in using your Username (Telstra ID) and password
  3. Use the left menu Online Billing > View Bills to select the bill in question (the latest bill's details are shown by default)
  4. To the right, select Download/Print Bill > Full itemised usage - CSV

This will download a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file that a spreadsheet program like Excel can open, with each row representing a separate Call/SMS/MMS.

You could sort using the Number column, which would make it easier to find the "specific phone number" that you seek.  You could repeat steps 3-4 to look at other bills up to 12 months ago.

Just note, it will only include outbound calls/SMS, it can't show any that you've received.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
