Can’t pay bills online

Every time I try and pay my bill online, regardless of whether or not it’s logged in via my account or not. When I try and pay with any on the 3 payment methods I receive a message saying “can’t connect to the payment server “


yes I know I can pay via bpay, yes I know I can ring up and pay. But I don’t want to! I want to pay online and honestly I’m beyond sick of the constant issues from Telstra. I feel like I spend half my life on the phone to them these days trying to rectify billing issues
