Cancel an online back order

I have a phone on order since jan 2020 it says on backorder and i have called to cancel it as per instore instructions and was told it was going to be canceled so i can upgrade in store to the new s20 as my s10 is damaged. ive been into the store 3 times and they cant do anything until my online order is cancelled and i cant get hold of anyone on the phone. i soon have no other choice but go to another provider and cancel my telstra bundle which includes nbn and foxtel.

The cancellation of orders would normally have done via Livechat, but given that it is out of operation at the moment, you best option would be via the chat option in the "My Telstra" app (located in the bottom right corner of the Help tab).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
