Cancel mobile on phone plan for mobile internet

I bought a gadget for internet whilst I was visiting my father who has no internet and am being charged $50 per month.,  Have tried several times to get this disconnected as when I bought it they said I could cancel at any time and reinstate at a later date.  

 

Help me out here.

Never post identifying information such as your number, account number or email address in a public forum such as Crowdsupport. I have flagged it for the moderators to delete those details.

 

Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to account information or billing systems.

 

You will need to send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and someone should respond in a few hours/couple of days.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
