Cancellation

Answered

I'm on a home phone and internet plan that is costing $104/month. And have about 10 months left. What would be the cancellation fee cost? Is it $15 for every remaining month?

Re: Cancellation

I can't actually find a plan that cost $104 per month in the list, but the plans that existed 14 months ago generally had a $576 maximum ETC. So that would be $24 per month plus the cost of the modem ($9 per month), so $33 per month, or $330 in total.

You would need to get in contact with billing to get the actual amount.

Re: Cancellation

We would need to know what the plan was called in order to work it out.
