Cancelled order

  1. Yesterday I placed an order for the Xbox One X. I changed my mind an cancelled the order. I then messaged Telstra through the MyTelstra app to confirm the cancellation. At 4.43pm I received an email stating that the order was cancelled, however at 6.05pm I received another email stating that my order was on it's way. When I originally placed the order, I was informed that Telstra had no stock and delivery would not be until next year. Today I received delivery even though I had done all I could to cancel it. Now I have texted for the return address through MyTelstra and they won't tell me. I don't want to pay for the courier or the product and atm I don't trust Telstra to get it right
