Cancelling mobile plan from abroad
hi, I thought I deleted my mobile plan few months after my departure from australia from Telstra website, but i found out just now that telstra keeps charging my account. I'm in Italy now so i dont need it anymore and i dont wanna pay something that im not using. I've already tried to call +61 439 125 109 but it says the number is not available.
someone can help please?

You can't cancel a service through the website.
You will need to send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours (between about 8am and 5pm AEST) to get an initial response.
