Cancelling Ultimate Voice
You've billed me for Ultimate Voice. I don't need it.
I'm in the process of transferring to TPG and they are attending to my needs.
So please cancel immediately.

Hello, Crowd Support is not a customer service channel for Telstra. We are customers like you. No one here has customer account access.
You have a few means to contact customer service.

If you are 'porting your service to TPG, they should arrange the cancellation of the service at Telstra..
