When I visit this page to update my residential address after moving: https://telstra-retail.force.com/mytelstra/s/home-address I can only see a blank page (other than a telstra logo and a message advising "Please note, you will be logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity." I have tried in both Chrome and Edge browsers, same issue. I navigated to this page from the "Manage your profile" page.

Yes, it's definitely not working. @ashliem @DanK could you forward this on to the team that looks after My Account? You get the orange dots flash a few times and then nothing.
@Molar4M send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of get Help screen) and if the bot doesn't understand, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get an initial response.
Or you can get the address changed at a Telstra Store (you might want to book an appointment before you go though - https://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/Find-your-nearest-Telstra-Retail/ct-p/tstore
