Change my mobile plan

Hi I was wondering how I can change my existing plan and go back to pre-paid? Can you help?

You would need to call 132200 and speak to billing to organise that.

 

But the new plans are all month to month with no ongoing contract. Have a look at them and see if they suit your situation. You can change plan once a month if you want/need to and there is no 12/24mth contract anymore.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
