Change of Ownership from My Employer to My Name

I want to transfer my mobile number from my company name to my own account. My employer has provided me an authority letter.

 

I went to Telstra store and they asked me to submit application online. I submitted via email and hence no response after 24 hours.

 

What is the process of change of ownership, If I visit telstra customer center/store?

They asked me that current owner should be on premises, which in my case is not possible as its on company's name/

 

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
