change prepaid plan

Hi I have been trying to chamge my daughters prepaid plan as she doesn't use data or make calls. I want to change to simplicity but when I go to recharge I see no way of doing this... please help!!

It needs to be done before recharging but the guide on how to do it is here. If you have any issues after going through that guide let us know and we can try suggest something else

Thanks for your help. I have tried doing this but it only gives me recharge options for 30, 40 or 50 dollar data plans I cant figure how to change to simplicity plan though or something similar 😕

Ok, if those way to change the offer (MyAccount, #100#) aren't working you might be best to speak to prepaid accounts and they should be able to change it for you.
