Changing my residential Address


When I go into my account and click on change my Residential Address, it takes me to a page which has a loading bar on for it for a few seconds, then just disappears. Would anyone be able to help?
I have asked on the App Chat, but been waiting for over 45mins for someone to contact me.
I have also tried to call up but the automation voice chat was playing up and ended up hanging up on me.

It can take a few hours to get a response through the app. You will receive a notification when someone responds, so you don't have to keep watching it.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
