Changing the due date of bills

I keep getting told by Telstra that I can't change the due date of my bills. 


I get paid on the 15th of each month and I wanted to set up direct debit for the bill to come out on the 18th of each month to make sure the money is there. At the moment it comes out on the 5th.......sometimes if there is enough money on my credit card. 


I was once told by someone in the resolution center that it was easy but now the people in the call center says it can't be done.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
