My agreement with you is that when we exceed our data limit our service will be slowed but no charge made.

To charge first is not acceptable because you never know when you will go over the limit until it is too late..

In the past we went over , complained about the charge and was offered a refund which we never received. 
Please leave us as we are.

Please advise us of your response.

You can raise a complaint by going to telstra.com/complaints.


Please save the reference number starts with SR.

If they cannot resolve your issue, you have the option to go to TIO.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
