charging for services not connected

Had NBN connected with telstra, I was sent a bill for the month prior to connection for no service provided.

Also had my next bigpond bill charging me for and adsl service that didn't exist anymore.

Chatted via online message and they said it had been waived, next bills they are still wanting me to pay.

And when I signed up for nbn, there was an offer for 3 months binge, still haven't been able to get that free 3 months from binge.

False advertising from telstra!
