Click To Pay problem

In recent months I've had issues with the Visa "Click To Pay" option within My Telstra.

This is my preferred option, as it means I can pay my bill without a card processing fee.

Each time I attempt to make a manual payment, I'm prompted for my registered email address for a one-time code. The issue being is the email never arrives. And before you say "HURR DURR CHECK UR SPAMZ", no, it's not there, and a mail trace shows the email isn't even hitting the server.

I've tried to deal with this with the live support people, but they just keep sending me links that go to the payment portal, and don't seem to understand what I'm talking about.


Anyone else having this issue?


How do I speak to someone who isn't a complete moron, and actually get this resolved?

Probably by going to the place that generates the code - Visa (as part of their Click to Pay system)

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
