Telstra Crowd Support is not Telstra Customer Service.
We are customers like you,
You will need to make contact with customer service
Use the My Telstra app on your phone, which hopefully you have
Go to the Get Help screen and tap the blue icon in the bottom right corner
If the voice recording starts to redirect you, type "Speak to a consultant" and your wait begins.
The App will alert you when a consultant becomes available, which could be a while.
