Confused Billing period.
So I rec’d a bill for $237.60 just now. Go to “my account” and it has the same bill for $185.
Wish Telstra would get there system running the same, has this issue before and it charged a late fee for the difference.
So Telstra what is the bill total.

Re: Confused Billing period.
Nobody here can check that for you as nobody has access to Accounts/Billing systems.
Normally, the Bill in My Account would be the correct one.
You could start by checking the details & charges on each of the bills and see if they make sense to you.
Otherwise, you are going to have to try and get in contact with a consultant via either 132200, Facebook or Twitter.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
