Confusing bills

Aug 8th cancelled all services on bundle at old address. Nbn foxtel.
Reenstated service from 13 August at new address. Nbn and telstra tv.
Still being billed for foxtell as still connected at old address ...4 PHONE CALLS....STILL BEING BILLED ...WHY WHY WHY?

Very sorry to hear that your Foxtel service is yet to be cancelled at your old address. 

 

Our Cancellations team on 132200 (say disconnect) between 8am-9:30pm EST Monday to Saturday and 8am-8pm EST Sunday can follow up on the initial disconnection order and make sure this is resolved for you.
