Need some assistance here. I have been trying to get a hold of Telstra in regards to access charges on my Foxtel bill. I have tried the chat function, tried the query bill through the Telstra App and no one answers the phone either.

It can take a few hours for someone to respond in the My Telstra app chat (note: not the 24/7 app).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
