Hi there I’ve been trying for weeks to contact Telstra everytime I click on the support chat it’s glitchy I can’t call telstra because I’m in the uk now and I’ve got a uk number I just want to cancel my contract the contract has ended yet I’m still being charged please can someone help

Are you using the website or the app for chat? If you use the chat function through the app, then the messages come straight through to your mobile.


Also, contracts don't end as such, the services on them continue as month to month services (they used to have 24 month minimum terms "the contract period") on the same basis.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
