copies older bills

I need detailed copies of older bills.  Older than 13 months old.  How can I get them de archived or how can I order them.  I am getting nowhere in the App!!!

You need to use the chat function and request copies of the bills be sent to you.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
