Credit debit card being rejected.

For the last 3 months I can no longer use my credit/debit card for recharging mine and my son's accounts. It comes up with a 'Invalid Card' message. I've always used this card and my bank has assured me the issue is not on their end. I live remotely and not being able to recharge when local services are closed has put my son in a few dangerous situations. This need urgent fixing.
