Hi @florence35

You need to chase it up with Billing, no one here on Crowd Support has access to customer accounts.

You can use the My Telstra app, use the "Get Help" icon at the bottom of the screen and leave a message. That will go in a queue and be answered as soon as they can.

More information on how to leave a message via the My Telstra app can be found at https://tel.st/b47h8

Note: If Codi (Chat system) keeps going around in circles type "Chat to a consultant"

Otherwise, you can call 13 22 00 and say "billing" to the chat bot. Best time is during business hours.

BTW: It is never a good idea to post your account details on a public forum. A request has been made to remove them "again".

Someone keeps putting vegetables in my beer crisper :-(

Footnote: I don't work for Telstra, I just try to help out fellow Telstra customers.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
