Credit return

Is there any way to get  return credit on a closed account?

I would have my credit reported and my name blacklisted if owed them money.

This deliberate lack of customer care and nonexistent support is why we moved away after 35 years.

Have you contacted Telstra to request the refund of the credit (it's not an automatic process)?


Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If the bit doesn't understand the query, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get an initial response and you get a notification through the app when someone responds.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
