Delayed Bills - Credit Not Applied
I received a couple of emails stating that because my bills had been delayed (I hadn't received one for 6 months) that I would receive a credit on my last bill for the value of the delayed bills. I have since received all of my delayed bills, however the latest (non-delayed) bill still shows the full outstanding amount. Has anyone else had this issue? Should I expect the credit to appear on my next bill? Many thanks!
