direct debit enquiry

Hi, when i opened my account a month ago in your store, i set up direct debit, today i had an overdue email sent to me, when i log onto dashboard it says direct debit is set up, so i made a one off payment for the amount owing, now it says i may be charged $15 for being late, can you explain to me what is going on???

No. Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to account information or billing systems.

 

You will need to contact Telstra either by calling 132200 or by sending a message using the My Telstra app (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi tries to redirect you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat to a human.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
